Cancellation Policy
With respect for our team at Serenity, we request that a 24-hour notice is given when rescheduling your appointment. All reservations totaling over $100 must be secured with a valid credit card. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total service cost if that time cannot be filled from our waiting list.


To make the most of your Spa experience...
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in, have a beverage, and complete any necessary forms.

• A parent or guardian must accompany guests younger than 16 years of age.

• Men should refrain from shaving if they are receiving a facial that day.

• To maintain a comfortable and serene environment, we ask that our guests arrange for off-premise childcare, and silence cell phones prior to their visit.
