Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required when reserving 2 or more hours of services/treatment. Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total service price. Gift certificates will be redeemed. Non-compliance with policy will require a credit card for any further reservations.

To make the most of your Spa experience...
• Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and complete any necessary forms. Arriving late will limit your treatment time.

• A parent or guardian must accompany guests younger than 16 years of age.

• Men should refrain from shaving if they are receiving a facial that day.

• To provide everyone with a comfortable, serene environment, we ask that our guests arrange for off-premise childcare, and silence cell phones prior to their visit.
